Abstract
The current problems of the Mexican population, and the Sinaloense in particular, to
acquire affordable housing is more complicated than it seems. Sometimes it is easier
to find a piece of land and start building from scratch. The complexity of this, however,
most of the time, is the flow of money. Therefore, this project aims to maximize the use of
materials, space and cost in order to support families to have more possibilities to build

El que busca la comodidad de forma recurrente vive de manera incómoda, el que bus-
ca y encuentra la incomodidad vive extremadamente cómodo.
