ÉTAT DE LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS EN LAS RELACIONES FAMILIARES

borders and ensuring the quality of information. Or, instead, we can hear the voices of
thousands of people who have built much of the digital dimension we enjoy today “just for

fun” [15]; the voices of those who have formed communities and built a culture of sharing,

cooperating and collaborating; the voices that speak of freedom of expression and

information flow in the digital world.

equitable one, where diversity is valued and every human being have access to the cultural

products of their time. Or to leave it in the hands of those who make use of it to accentuate

inequities, economic, social and cultural, through the uneven attention of the human right
                  to digital technology.
