ÉTAT DE LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS EN LAS RELACIONES FAMILIARES

Abstract
The General Law on the Rights of Children and Adolescents, constitutes the genesis of the

state of rights for Children, Adolescents and Adolescents in our Country, the genesis, that is,

the emergence after many years of history, and we can establish that with enough delay in the

rule of law for girls, boys and adolescents. The maxim of this law, is the full understanding
that girls and boys and adolescents since they are born are subjects of rights, that is, they have

equality of conditions that adults, before the law, and some special considerations for their

status as a girl, child or teenager Being a subject of law means, therefore, the recognition of
their participation as an actor within the social spaces where it takes place; family, school,

and community among others. The application of this Law represents a paradigmatic change

both theoretical and institutional, a challenge full of challenges, not only for the Mexican

State, it also represents a great challenge for society in general, which must understand the
position that our children occupy in each social space, full understanding of what their rights

are, and the need to include new forms of family, educational, cultural, economic and social

organization.

Introducción

Inicio haciendo una reflexión, sobre lo que es un paradigma, porque me parece que la

pregunta que correspondería responder en este tiempo es si realmente esta La Ley General de
Derechos de Niña, Niños y Adolescentes general corresponde al surgimiento de un nuevo

paradigma. Decía Thomas Kuhn en su famoso libro de “La estructura de las revoluciones
