international public space, notably in 2002 during the world summit for sustainable

new agenda of 2030 for sustainable development which was adopted by the General

Assembly of the United Nations in 2015 .

Furthermore, “sustainable development”, has become the ultimate objective for people ,
even in the absence of a clear and unique definition. Thus, this discourse has been
