enjoy impunity, and one is A great lord, accepted and pampered by all. They are the

examples they know and aspire to: be a man with power and money, no matter how they are

obtained, whether in political activity, business, organized crime, leaders of social or religious
organizations

Case 2 - Flight by Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán Loera

In this context, a news that shocks national and international public opinion is the recent

escape of the emblematic leader of the Sinaloa Cartel, Joaquín "El Chapo" Guzmán Loera,

who manages to escape through a tunnel of the Federal Center for Social Re-adaptation
(CEFERESO ) of high security of the Altiplano, where he was imprisoned.

The then national security commissioner, Monte Alejandro Rubido, reports that: (BBC

It is an excavation of 1500 meters in length [...] The entrance of the tunnel was found in the

shower area of the prison [...] When the custodians realized that Guzmán Loera did not leave
the showers they went to look for him in his cell. It was no longer [...] In the bathroom a hole

was found that communicates with the tunnel, excavated 10 meters deep. It has lighting and
