EL ETAT DE LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS EN EL DESARROLLO SOSTENIBLE












                  The university needs to go to the depths of its essence to resurface with vigour and to face the
                  diversity of the world today. Its intervention in public policies must be noted and the action

                  must reflect its status as a public good and of State interest.


                  In summary, as Francisco Lopez Segrera affirms, the university, as a democratic institution

                  that creates and disseminates knowledge and that historically has demonstrated capacity for
                  creation,  criticism  and  initiative,  must  open  paths  so  that  the  world  we  want  is  not  only

                  wiser, but also more supportive, fairer and more sustainable.
