dignity of all human beings . At this summit, the promise to fight against global problems
that seriously threaten the sustainable development of the population is reaffirmed,

including chronic hunger, malnutrition, armed conflicts, and terrorism, among others.

Subsequently, in 2015, a document titled "Transforming our world: the 2030 Agenda for
Sustainable Development" was issued by the UN. There are 17 Sustainable Development

Goals and 169 goals that make up the universal agenda, which constitutes the central axis

including: people, the planet, prosperity, peace and alliances . With regard to peace,
objective 16 refers to peace, stating that: "Promote peaceful and inclusive societies for

sustainable development, facilitate access to justice for all and create effective, responsible

and inclusive institutions at all levels". This is precisely the bet internationally and specifically

from Colombia.

3. COLOMBIA AND SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT - PRODUCT OF

TRANSITIONAL JUSTICE.

3.1. Colombia in Peace:

This is one of the pillars of the National Development Plan 2014-2018 "Colombia for a new
country", which states that Colombia must break the circle of a weak State that prevents
