3.2. Strong Institutions, eradication of violence and achievement of peace as ODS No. 16:
Today, sustainable development has multiple challenges and opportunities, one of them is

that there is no sustainable development without peace, without security. This topic deals

with SDG 16: promoting peaceful and inclusive societies for sustainable development,
facilitating access to justice for all and creating effective, responsible and inclusive institutions

at all levels: "The new agenda recognizes the need to build peaceful, fair and inclusive

societies that provide equal access to justice and are based on respect for human rights

(including the right to development), in an effective and well-functioning state of law:

governance at all levels, as well as in transparent and accountable institutions " .

Colombia is in an armed conflict for more than 50 years ago, and its roots, according to a
