ÉTAT DE LOS DERECHOS HUMANOS EN LAS RELACIONES FAMILIARES

Said Council, as a deliberative body, has the purpose of establishing and articulating the
policy on the matter (Article 13), and composed of (National Security Law, 2015: Article 12):

I. The President of the Federal Executive, who will preside over it;

II. The Secretary of the Interior, who will serve as Executive Secretary;

III. The Secretary of National Defense;

IV. The Secretary of the Navy;

V. The Secretary of Public Security;

VI. The Secretary of Finance and Public Credit;

VII. The Secretary of Public Function;

VIII. The Secretary of Foreign Affairs;

IX. The Secretary of Communications and Transportation;

X. The Attorney General of the Republic, and

The General Director of the National Security and Research Center.

This is the intelligence community, to which are added those dependencies and units of the
Federal Public Administration that have powers to generate intelligence information.
